Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately with a prorated credit for your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans include free onboarding and setup. Our team will help you configure your lending programs, import existing data, and get your team trained at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount compared to monthly pricing. Contact our sales team to set up annual billing for any plan.
What happens if I exceed my loan limit?
We'll notify you as you approach your plan's loan limit. You can upgrade at any time, and we offer a 30-day grace period so your operations are never interrupted.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Every tenant gets a fully isolated PostgreSQL schema. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and undergo regular third-party security audits.
